Environment Design
GistMD's animated videos deal with patient centered content, helping with patient education in the health system. Many of the videos entail patients in their houses before, or after medical procedures and therefor the design for the patients house and backgrounds was made.
The hallway
As can be seen in the sketch above, the patient's house includes the following rooms: Hallway, Kitchen, Bathroom, Bedroom & Living room.
The Bathroom
After undergoing medical procedures part of the recovery process may include self care at home and in the bathroom.
The Park
The park background is used for scenes showing a healthy lifestyle including physical activity, socializing and eating/drinking nutritious foods.
The Bedroom
Some medications should not be kept in the bathroom due to humidity. Hence an example of keeping medication in the bedroom closet, which can also help as a reminder for taking the medication in the morning when dressing for the upcoming day.

The patient's living room.
